These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of local-serv.com and the site design, hosting, and related services (the "Services") provided by Local-Serv, LLC ("Local-Serv," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, signing an agreement with us, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Local-Serv designs, builds, and hosts websites for local service businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your site are set out in the quote or order confirmation we send you, which forms part of these Terms.
We host your site on our infrastructure and take reasonable steps to keep it available and secure. Occasional downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control may occur; we'll aim to keep this to a minimum and communicate significant outages.
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in your order confirmation. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your site until resolved.
You may request changes to your site's content or service areas at any time; additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately. You may cancel hosting with notice as described in your order confirmation; upon cancellation, your site will be taken offline.
Local-Serv retains ownership of the underlying platform, code, and infrastructure used to build and host sites. You own the business-specific content (text, photos, logo) you provide, and retain the right to request an export of that content upon request.
You agree not to use the Services to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to interfere with the security or operation of our infrastructure.
The Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes from your site.
To the extent permitted by law, Local-Serv's liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate the Services if these Terms are violated or payment is not resolved after notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
